Had the family room and it was top-class and perfectly comfortable in the sheets. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet was a bonus.

The personnel was amiable and very helpful. It was airy, decent size and in the sheets. Everywhere there was tidy.
Well, no bar.

Brand-new hotel.
A nice size room with the bathroom, a big fireplace, as example, really helpful staff. Lovely location of the hotel easy to get to by bus from the train station.

Alan
Nice, incredible location to a road with a great choice of restaurants. Also - close to shops and the most pictoresque square in Orleans, very close to river Loire.
Wi-Fi didn't work.

High-class and reasonably large units with huge bathroom. Magnificent and perfect location in a nice quiet area short walk to a quiet square, all the restaurant and bars and café's and restaurants.

It made my trip to Orleans a really good experience. Pleasant old-fashioned hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its family ambiance. The location was good and lovely, relatively close to Museum of Fine Arts. Everything was nice as expected, but the bathroom was very small.

The venue is neat and fairly large with excellent and efficient staff members. A nice size and high standard units unless in the bathroom. Magnificent location near restaurants, museums, shops, Cathedral, the old centre in Orleans and the square. Also, right near the old town of Orleans.

The hotel was in a convenient location, just a short walk from the town center and close to the river. It was really nice to be able to explore the charming streets of the city and enjoy the beautiful views along the water. Another positive aspect was the free parking offered on-site. It was such a relief not having to worry about finding a parking spot in a busy city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, making our stay more enjoyable.
That there was no air conditioning in the room. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot during our stay in the winter, but I can imagine it being uncomfortable during the summer months.

Neat place in Mediaeval style with all necessary facilities. Amiable, very helpful staff towards all guests. A central restaurant available in the hotel. Easy base for exploring Orleans.
-

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Extremely comfy bed and excellent location near the center. Close to town centre and Loire promenade, the old town and the centre near the cathedral which is very picturesque.

The room I booked was clean but not renovated and available with the bathroom, big window, for example. The location was marvellous and incredible, just next door to the river bank, the cathedral, and other attractions, the river and center, and Orleans, France and easily accessible. It also was close to the old town leading to interesting walks...
